Will never buy

We live in AZ for context. The icemaker is inconsistent. There are weeks where it will make ice and then suddenly it stops. the freezer will often not cool and the items will thaw. Ran the thinq app and it says no problem detected...not sure what we are supposed to do to make it cool again.

Beautiful but low quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge itself is beautiful and functional. Although, it's quality is not good. We have replaced the craft ice machine twice and I just got done replacing the condensing fan motor.

Planned obsolescence

Broke after 2 years. Piece of junk/ also the craft ice makers are problematic

Great Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge. Only complaint is the custom ball ice maker that stopped working; but it started again a month later!

Horrible workmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this back in 2020 and since purchasing it I have had 10 repair come out and fix it. I have learned that every 6 months the fan will freeze over therefore causing an error on the fridge and causing the fridge not to freeze or get cold

Poor Quality

We purchased this refrigerator mid October 2024 and have issue after issue. A tech has been to our house four times to work on our LG refrigerator having to replace the doors, ice maker, electronic boards, etc. Would not recommend LG for their poor quality control and product performance.
